Privacy Policy
Effective July 1, 2026
CyberMint ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this website and clients of our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, company (optional), the service you're interested in, and the content of your message. If we engage with you as a client, we may collect additional information necessary to deliver the services.
Information collected automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not use fingerprinting to track visitors across sites. It collects aggregate visit data (page views, referrers, general geography, browser type) without identifying individual users. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
Security and abuse-prevention data. Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may collect limited data (such as IP address and challenge results) to determine whether a submission is legitimate. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, propose and deliver services, communicate with you about our work together, meet our legal and contractual obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse of our services. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and communicate with you, including our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our transactional email provider, and analytics as described above. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.
4. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver services and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time as described below.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit, strict access controls, and standard operational security practices. No system is perfectly secure — please be thoughtful about the information you share by email or web form.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (including the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact form on this site. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
7. International visitors
CyberMint is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. By using this site or contacting us, you consent to that transfer.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be announced on this page.
10. Contact us
